Complaints and Dispute Resolution
How to contact Kontrastudio about a complaint and how eligible consumer disputes may be escalated.
1. Contact first
If you have a complaint about a product, payment, digital delivery, or review service, contact team@kontrastudio.eu first. Include your name, order email if applicable, purchase or request date, and a short description of the issue.
2. Response
Kontrastudio will review the complaint and reply with any relevant next steps, clarification, correction, refund review, or proposed resolution.
3. Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee
If no agreement is reached, eligible consumer disputes may be referred to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee where applicable. The Committee resolves certain consumer disputes between consumers and traders under its competence.
4. EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer in operation and is not used for new complaints.
