Withdrawal, Refunds, and Digital Content Notice
This notice explains how consumer withdrawal rights and refund handling apply to Kontrastudio digital products, app-related purchases, and review services.
1. General consumer withdrawal right
If you are a consumer buying online in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts unless an exception applies.
2. Digital content and digital services
Digital products, app-related purchases, downloads, exports, generated materials, or digital features may be supplied immediately. Where immediate supply begins after the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, the withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins, where permitted by applicable law.
3. Artist Packet
The €39 Artist Packet is a paid digital in-app unlock. It may provide immediate access to generated materials, exports, or preparation functionality. If immediate supply begins after the required consent and acknowledgement, withdrawal rights may no longer apply.
4. Review services
For review services, the scope, timing, and price are confirmed before work begins. If a consumer requests that service work begins during the withdrawal period, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed if they later withdraw. If the service has been fully performed after the consumer’s express request and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right may be lost where permitted by law.
5. Refund requests
If you believe there has been a duplicate charge, technical failure, non-delivery, or other payment issue, contact team@kontrastudio.eu with the order email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Kontrastudio reviews refund requests case by case.
6. Faulty digital content or services
If digital content or a digital service is not supplied or does not work as described, consumers may have statutory remedies under applicable EU and Estonian consumer law.
7. External outcomes
Kontrastudio products and review services support preparation and presentation. They do not guarantee external outcomes. Refunds are not granted solely because an audition, application, competition, panel, presenter, employer, institution, or other third party does not decide in the client’s favour.
